About Us

The F.R.O.G.S running group was started by Ron Nytes, Lucio Fuentez, and Angelo Fuentez on February 2nd, 2002. The group was created with the purpose to create an atmosphere for runners of all talents to get together for a relaxed, enjoyable run.

Events

Besides our weekly group runs we also plan several other fun activities. A yearly summer golf outing, and Christmas party are regular events.
